For you and your inmates benefit all orders will be shipped priority mail 1-3 business days with delivery confirmation. Priority shipping is more costly than standard media mail. The problem with media mail is that it does not follow your inmate as they are transferred through the prison system, therefore your inmate may never receive their package. When we ship you will receive a tracking number and you will be able to follow your order until it reaches the facility. Once your package reaches the facility, delivery to inmate times vary from unit to unit. Generally your inmate will receive their package within two days after it reaches the facility.
In step 2 of the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to provide us with the shipping address. If you don't know the full address just give us the inmates name and TDCJ number. Place the TDCJ number in the company field. That is all we need to deliver your order. *** PayPal Users *** PayPal automatically uses your billing information for shipping, therefore a text box in additional information has been provided for your inmates name and TDCJ number.
We have tried our best to accomodate the majority with our shipping rates. Since our products are many different sizes, weights and prices, we try to use flat rate priority boxes whenever possible and cost effective to our customers. All other orders are shipped priority by weight.
Shipping fees are as follows
$.01 to $3.00 = $3.50
$3.01 to $12.00 = $5.95
$12.01 to $33.00 = $10.70
$33.01 to $75.00 = $14.50
$75.01 to $130.00 = $25.20
$130.01 to $200.00 = $29.00
